CONFERENCE FEE
The conference fee includes the registration fee and accommodation fee for 2 nights (double and a limited number of single rooms are available). Registration fee includes conference materials, overhead costs, admission to all conference sessions, entrance to the wellness area and coffee-break refreshments, full board fee, welcome party, friendship party and social programme.

For families with two children, accommodation is possible only in the hotel apartment.
For payment realised after April 30 the registration fee will be increased by 50 EUR. If a registered participant fails to pay the fee by 15 May 2025, he will be removed from the list of participants.
Important: Each conference participant obtains an invoice at the registration desk (June 25th). For earlier invoice issuance, please contact the organizing committee. To issue the invoice in the required form, please send the correct name and address of your institution and its VAT Number (Value Added Tax Number; IČ DPH in Slovak Republic) to the conference administrator by e-mail as soon as possible if you have not already done it in the Application Form.
ACCOMMODATION / BOARD ORDERING
After bank transfer you have booked the full board (June 25th to 27th) and two-night accommodation (June 25th and 26th) automatically. Please submit the information about delayed executing a bank transfer to the chairman of the organizing committee jan.vajda[at]stuba.sk immediately.
