CONFERENCE FEE

The conference fee consists of the registration fee, two-nights accommodation (double rooms and a limited number of single rooms are available), entrance to hotel wellness (new) and full board fee. Registration fee includes conference materials, overhead costs, admission to all conference sessions and coffee-break refreshments, welcome party, friendship party and social programme.

For payment realised after April 30 the registration fee will be increased by 50 EUR. If a registered participant fails to pay the fee by 15 May 2024, he will be removed from the list of participants.

Important: Each conference participant obtains an invoice at the registration desk (June 19^th). To issue the invoice in the required form, please send the correct name and address of your institution and its VAT Number (Value Added Tax Number; IČ DPH in Slovak Republic) to the conference administrator by e-mail as soon as possible if you have not already done it in the Application Form.

ACCOMMODATION / BOARD ORDERING

After bank transfer you have booked the full board (June 19^th to 21^st) and two-night accommodation (June 19^th and 20^th) automatically. Please submit the information about delayed executing a bank transfer to the chairman of the organizing committee jan.vajda[at]stuba.sk immediately.
