CONFERENCE FEE
The conference fee consists of the registration fee and accommodation fee for two nights (double and a limited number of single rooms are available.)

*Registration fee for PhD. students is 340 €,
**For accommodation in single room additional payment 115 €, total costs 625 €,
***For accompanying adult persons total fee is 320 €.
For families with two children, accommodation is possible only in the hotel apartment. Registration fee includes conference materials, overhead costs, admission to all conference sessions, entrance to the wellness area and coffee-break refreshments, full board fee, welcome party, friendship party and social programme.
Financial details: The conference fee should be paid before April 30, 2025 by bank transfer, only exceptionally at the registration desk (must be consulted with the organizers). For payment realised after April 30 the registration fee will be increased by 50 EUR. Bank account number will be posted in the second announcement as well as on the web site. Each participant obtains an invoice at the registration desk.
