General Information
Registration:
Registration and lodging of participants will be provided at the registration desk, which will be opened at Hotel Patria, Štrbské Pleso on Wednesday, June 25th from 11:00 to 14:00 CET. Lunch at 12:00 to 14:00 CET. Opening ceremony at 15:00 CET.
Presentation facitilies:
A PC video-data projector (Microsoft® PowerPoint® 2003 or 2007 software is recommended) will be available for oral presentations. If you need some special equipment, hardware or software, please contact the conference administrator.
Social events:
The welcome party will be held on June 25th at 20:00 CET. Either a mountain tourist walk and/or excursion in the vicinity are planned for June 26th from 14:00 to 18:00 CET. The friendship party will be held on June 26th at 19:30 CET. Departure of participants on June 27th at 13:30.
Language:
The official language of all presentations is English.
