CONFERENCE FEE

The conference fee consists of the registration fee, two-nights accommodation (double rooms are available) and full board fee. Registration fee includes conference materials, overhead costs, admission to all conference sessions and coffee-break refreshments, welcome party, friendship party and social programme.

*Registration fee for PhD. students is 155 €, total costs 275 €
**for accompanying persons total fee 150 €.

 

For payment realised after April 30 the registration fee will be increased by 30 EUR. If a registered participant fails to pay the fee by 15 May 2014, he will be removed from the list of participants.

Important: Each conference participant obtains an invoice at the registration desk. To issue the invoice in the required form, please send the correct name and address of your institution and its VAT Number (IČ DPH in Slovak Republic) to the conference administrator by e-mail as soon as possible if you have not already done it in the Application Form

ACCOMMODATION / BOARD ORDERING

After bank transfer you have booked the full board (June 25th to 27th) and two-night accommodation (June 25th and 26th) automatically. Please submit the information about executing a bank transfer to the conference administrator apcom[at]elf.stuba.sk immediately.
