General Information
Registration
Registration and lodging of participants will be provided at the registration desk, which will be opened at Hotel Patria, Štrbské Pleso on Wednesday, June 24th from 11:00 to 14:00 CET. Lunch at 12:00 to 14:00 CET. Opening ceremony at 15:00 CET.
Presentation facitilies
A PC video-data projector (Microsoft® PowerPoint® 2003 or 2007 software is recommended) will be available for oral presentations. If you need some special equipment, hardware or software, please contact the conference administrator. Instructions for poster session will be announced later.
Social events
The welcome party will be held on June 24th at 20:00 CET. Either a mountain tourist walk and/or excursion in the vicinity are planned for June 25th from 13:00 to 18:00 CET. The friendship party will be held on June 25th at 19:30 CET. Departure of participants on June 26th at 13:30.
Language
The official language of all presentations is English.
