General Information
Conference registration
The registration and lodging of participants will be provided at the registration desk, which will be opened at the Hotel Palace, Spa Nový Smokovec on Wednesday, June 22 from 09:00 to 13:00 CEST. Opening ceremony will be at 14:00 CEST.
Presentation tools
A PC video-data projector (Microsoft PowerPoint software is recommended) will be available for oral presentations. If you need some special tools, hardware or software, please contact the conference administrator.
Social events
Welcome reception will be held on June 22. A light hike is planned on June 23 from 14:00 to 18:00 CEST. It is necessary to take appropriate outdoor clothing and footwear. The friendship party will be held afterwards.
