General Information
Registration of the conference
The registration and lodging of participants participants will be provided at the registration desk, which will be opened at the Hotel Smrečina, Malá Lučivná on on Wednesday, June 16 from 09:00 to 13:00 CET. Opening ceremony at 14:00 CET.
Presentation tools
A PC video-data projector (Microsoft PowerPoint software is recommended) as well as an overhead projector will be available for oral presentations. If you need some special tools, hardware or software, please contact the conference administrator.
Social events
The welcome party will be held on June 16 from 19:30 to 23:00 CET. Either a mountain tourist walk or excursions in the vicinity are planned on June 17 from 14:00 to 18:00 CET. The friendship party will be held on June 17 at 20:00 CET. Departure of participants on June 18 at 13:30.
