CONFERENCE FEE
The conference fee consists of the registration fee, two-nights accommodation (double rooms and a limited number of single rooms are available), entrance to hotel wellness and full board fee. Registration fee includes conference materials, overhead costs, admission to all conference sessions and coffee-break refreshments, welcome party, friendship party and social programme.

For payment realised after April 30 the registration fee will be increased by 50 EUR. If a registered participant fails to pay the fee by 15 May 2023, he will be removed from the list of participants.
Important: Each conference participant obtains an invoice at the registration desk (June 21st). To issue the invoice in the required form, please send the correct name and address of your institution and its VAT Number (Value Added Tax Number; IČ DPH in Slovak Republic) to the conference administrator by e-mail as soon as possible if you have not already done it in the Application Form.
ACCOMMODATION / BOARD ORDERING
After bank transfer you have booked the full board (June 21st to 23rd) and two-night accommodation (June 21st and 22nd) automatically. Please submit the information about delayed executing a bank transfer to the chairman of the organizing committee jan.vajda[at]stuba.sk immediately.
