CONFERENCE FEE

The conference fee consists of the registration fee, two-nights accommodation (double rooms and a limited number of single rooms are available), entrance to hotel wellness and full board fee. Registration fee includes conference materials, overhead costs, admission to all conference sessions and coffee-break refreshments, welcome party, friendship party and social programme.

*Registration fee for PhD. students is 245 €,

For payment realised after April 30 the registration fee will be increased by 50 EUR. If a registered participant fails to pay the fee by 15 May 2022, he will be removed from the list of participants.

Important: Each conference participant obtains an invoice at the registration desk (June 22nd). To issue the invoice in the required form, please send the correct name and address of your institution and its VAT Number (Value Added Tax Number; IČ DPH in Slovak Republic) to the conference administrator by e-mail as soon as possible if you have not already done it in the Application Form.

ACCOMMODATION / BOARD ORDERING

After bank transfer you have booked the full board (June 22nd to 24th) and two-night accommodation (June 22nd and 23rd) automatically. Please submit the information about delayed executing a bank transfer to the conference administrator apcom[at]elf.stuba.sk immediately.
