(In order to identify your payment, please include your personal identification number in the variable symbol instead of xx. The personal identification numbers (PINs) will be listed on the conference website List of participants.
CONFERENCE FEE
The conference fee consists of the registration fee, two-nights accommodation (double rooms and a limited number of single rooms are available) and full board fee. Registration fee includes conference materials, overhead costs, admission to all conference sessions and coffee-break refreshments, welcome party, friendship party and social programme.

*Registration fee for PhD. students is 185 €, total costs in case of double room 285 €.
**For single room extra fee is 60 €, total costs 370 €, for PhD. students total costs 345 €.
***For accompanying persons total fee is 200 € (will be paid in cash at the registration desk).
For payment realised after April 30 th the registration fee will be increased by 30 EUR. If a registered participant fails to pay the fee by 20th May 2017, he will be removed from the list of participants.
Important: Each conference participant obtains an invoice at the registration desk (June 12th). To issue the invoice in the required form, please send the correct name and address of your institution and its VAT Number (IČ DPH in Slovak Republic) to the conference administrator by e-mail as soon as possible if you have not already done it in the Application Form.
ACCOMMODATION / BOARD ORDERING
After bank transfer you have booked the full board (June 12th to 14th) and two-night accommodation (June 12th and 13th) automatically. Please submit the information about delayed executing a bank transfer to the conference administrator apcom[at]elf.stuba.sk immediately.
